For years, sound vibrations and frequencies have been recognized to impact the human body at a cellular level to restore inner peace and balance. Sound healing and restorative baths played an important role in our founder's personal healing journey from head injuries and chronic pain. Her own journey inspired her to create Raaga yoga where she aims to combine slow yoga practices with healing sounds, vibrations & music to help her clients heal and feel empowered.
Our Mission is to educate and empower our clients with slow yoga practices so that they become self-aware and understand that healing always starts from within.
Our Vision is to guide our clients through personalized programs and teach them simple ways of incorporating elements of slow living through yoga into their busy lives so they can cultivate self-love, experience healing, and become self-reliant & empowered in their wellness journey.

I am a RYT 500 certified yoga instructor and have been helping seniors & beginners improve mental health, strength & mobility through slow yoga and meditation since 2019. My yoga journey started back in India at the age of 6. Since then, this practice has been a major part of my life. Slower Yoga practices like yin & restorative sound therapy played a major role in my own healing journey after multiple head injuries left me with cognitive issues, migraines & learning difficulties. This is what ultimately led me to the path of teaching yoga.
I find yoga to be my go-to practice for finding instant happiness, balance and harmony in life. I believe yoga offers me a way to embody freedom in the true sense and live an empowered life.
I am dedicated to helping people develop a deeper connection to self and master self-healing to live an empowered life. I enjoy practising different styles of yoga since every style has a quality of its own and comes with a unique set of benefits. I love incorporating philosophical and meditative elements into my yoga sessions and customizing them to my client's needs.
