Our Free Trial classes are designed to allow our clients to experience what our personalized online yoga programs feel like and decide if this is a fit for them.
Our online yoga programs are designed to support individuals in their transformational journey.
Programs include a combination of live yoga classes and recorded sessions that allow our clients to get the best of personalized support and freedom to practice yoga from their homes.
Different slow yoga styles (Yin, Chair, Hatha, Restorative), sound baths, breathwork and guided meditation are blended uniquely in each program to help our clients improve mobility, and strength and reduce stress levels.

Welcome to Raaga Yoga! To book online yoga programs, please follow these instructions:
1. Visit our website: [www.raagayoga.ca]
2. Click on the 'Booking' tab on the top navigation bar.
3. Select a free 30-minute online consultation call if you are new to the platform. Otherwise, select Free Trial Class or Personalized Online Yoga Program.
4. Choose a time that works for you from our Calendars and click on the BOOK button.
5. Now you have two choices-
Once you have set a password, you can log in and book a free consultation/trial class or personalized online yoga program.
6. A Zoom link will be sent to your email to access the online meeting.
Remember, you don't need to have a Zoom account to book a class. Simply click on the 'Join Meeting' button on the video conferencing platform of your choice, and enter the meeting ID (ID: ZOOM MeetingID) provided to you in your confirmation email.
7. Before every online appointment, you will receive a text reminder with the Zoom link to join the meeting.
